Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Frames
Carefully place your spectacles, case, and cleaning cloth back into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
